Work is honourable. Developing the capacity to do work will help you contribute to the world in which you live. It will bring you increased sense of worth. It will bless you and your family, both now and in the future. Learning to work begins in the home. Help your family by willingly participating in the work necessary to maintain a home. Learn early to handle your money wisely and live within your means. Follow the teachings of the prophets by paying your tithing, avoiding debt, and saving for future. Set high goals for yourself, and wiling to work hard to achieve them.

Develop self-discipline, and be dependable. Do your best in your Church callings, schoolwork, employment, and other worthwhile pursuits. Young men should be willing to do what is needed to be prepared to serve a full-time mission. Heavenly Father has given you gifts and talents and knows what you are capable of achieving. Seek His help and guidance as you work to achieve your goals. The Lord has commanded us not to be idle. Idleness can lead to inappropriate behaviour, damaged relationships, and sin. One form of idleness is spending excessive amounts of time in activities that keep you from productive work , such as using the internet, playing video games, and watching television.

Do not waste your time and money gambling. Gambling is wrong and should not used as form of entertainment. It is addictive and can lead to lost opportunities, ruined lives, and broken homes. It is false to believe that you can get something for nothing. One of the blessings of work is developing self-reliance. When you are self-reliant, you use the blessings and abilities God has given you to care for yourself and to find solutions for your own problems. Self-reliance does not mean that you must be able to do all things on your own. To be truely self-reliant, you must learn how to work with others and turn to the Lord for His help and strength. Remember that God has great work for you to do. He will bless you in your efforts to accomplish that work. Work and pray

Lauren became a Christian after a wonderful week away at the church holiday club. Until then, she'd had no idea how much God loved her and that he wanted a relationship with her. It was incredible! She was thrilled when the leaders presented her with a Bible and she promised God she'd read it every it every day.

When she got home, Lauren volunteered to help out at Kids’ Club and joined the youth group. Being a Christian meant so much to Lauren and wanted to tell everyone and anyone about Jesus.

The following year Lauren started a new school, and over the next few years, things changed. Lauren made lots of friends and joined the drama group. She got the lead role in the school play but had to give up Kids’ Club as she had too many researsals . Soon Lauren was missing church , as her boss at the restaurant wanted her to work Sundays. Even reading her  Bible was difficult with all the homework she got.

In RE class one day, Lauren's teacher asked if anyone was a Christian. As Lauren raised her hand , her best friend Anna laughed. “Very funny, ” she said , “there's no way you're a Christian”. Lauren was so shocked that she put her hand down and said nothing. She couldn't believe her closest friend had no idea she was a Christian.

At home that night, Lauren took out her Bible. Tears filled her eyes. She realised God wasn't her  top priority any more; He wasn't even in the top ten. Friends, school, her job, the play -they had all taken the place that God once had in her life.

Jesus spoke to them again in parables, saying:“The kingdom of heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son: He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the banquet to tell them to come, but they refused to come.“Then he sent some more servants and said, ‘Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner: My oxen and fattened cattle have been butchered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.’ banquet.’“But they paid no attention and went off—one to his field, another to his business. The rest seized his servants, mistreated them and killed them. The king was enraged. He sent his army and destroyed those murderers and burned their city. “Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. So go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’ So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, the bad as well as the good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. “But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. He asked, ‘How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless. “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ “For many are invited, but few are chosen.” - [ Matthew 22:1-14]

Conclusively, in Matthew 22:1-14 above , Jesus tells a parable that helps us come to the same conclusions as Lauren: the most important thing in our lives is our relationship with God and how we live. How different were Lauren's priorities to that of wedding gifts? The king had a guest thrown out of the feast because he wasn't dressed properly. In what way do you think Lauren may not like a Christian to her friends? What your priorities are. Does God come first? How you can remind yourself that God is top priority. Try looking at how you spend your time each day. How much is spent on God?

It is easy to thank the Lord and praise Him, when things work smoothly for us in life; but a true mark of our love for God is to praise Him when going through difficulties. For every child of God,so long as you work in obedience, everything will always work for your good (Romans 8:28).

While some of your desires and expectations for this fleeing year are yet to be actualized; the Word  of God has a simple answer " Yet I will rejoice in the Lord". The true test of our faith is not in praising the Lord when the situation is positive, but it rests on the fact that "Although the Fig tree shall not blossom.......Yet I will praise Him (Psalm 34:1).

Just before His glorious levitation into heaven, the Lord Jesus lectured His disciples on the person of the Holy Spirit. He told them that the Holy Spirit would be in them: “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8). And from the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came upon them, to live in them; He came upon them for the purpose of living in them.

In the Old Testament, Solomon built God a temple, and at the dedication of the temple, the presence of God came upon it (2 Chronicles 5:13-14). God had to come upon and into that temple to make it His own. But He wasn’t satisfied. Acts 7:48 says, “Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands….” He had said in Proverbs 8:31, “…and my delights were with the sons of men.” This is the essence of Christianity: Christ in you. It’s what Jesus brought, and made possible.

When you were born again, God made you His own; you became His offspring and His living temple. From that moment, you were sanctified unto Him and became one with Him. He sanctified your vessel, your body, to become His house. You’re God’s dwelling place; He actually does live in you. And because He lives in you, He speaks through you and walks in you (2 Corinthians 6:16). He manifests Himself in and through you.

The great God of glory, the Monarch of the universe, lives in you! He created you in His image and in His likeness to make it possible for you to be filled with His Spirit. What a blessing! What a privilege! Always honour the Spirit; appreciate and celebrate His presence in your life. Fellowship with Him often, and your life will be an endless stream of blessings and the supernatural.

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:1. According to Romans 8:1, we find two descriptions of the same person — the person that is in Christ Jesus. Those that are in Christ Jesus are described first by their position and then by their practice. They have no condemnation against them, Paul says, and they walk after the Spirit instead of the flesh.

No condemnation! Because God is completely holy, even our greatest deeds and thoughts are sin-soaked, filthy rags in His perfect sight. We stand guilty before a virtuous and fair judge; justice will be served (He will not compromise His own righteousness in order to have mercy on us) and so we must be condemned. But those who are in Christ have their punishment transferred to Jesus, so that they are without condemnation. Those who believe on Jesus Christ have the assurance that He has taken their place—acted as their substitute—and so, in spite of their great shortcomings, they are without condemnation. Christ’s perfect sacrifice on their behalf has wiped their criminal record clean.
How do these pardoned sinners then live? They follow the promptings and leadership of the Spirit of God. As Paul explains a few verses later, “as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” (14). They no longer follow the dictates of their corrupted nature or of the sinful world; they march to the beat of a spiritual Drummer, following the footsteps of their perfect Saviour. What a joy, what a privilege it is to be in Christ! Our desire, like Paul’s, should therefore be to “be found in Him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith” (Philippians 3:9).

“Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” ‭‭Habakkuk‬ ‭3:17-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬ .

David went through series of challenges from his youth till old age, and here is an outstanding confession of his heart:  “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.” (Psalms‬ ‭42:5‬). Don't be discouraged, God will not cast off for ever. The bible says severally and “it shall come to pass”. Let your hope be in the Lord and He will yet show up for you in this  year.

What To Do Doing Hard Times
Here comes the “R”s habits to do doing the hard times. Practice this “R”s.
  • Relax, this is not the end of life, there is a bright and shining light at the end of the tunnel. (Psalm 46:10).

  • Rejoice in every situation and enjoy whatever God in His infinite wisdom brings your way. (1 Thessalonians 5:16)

  • Reflect with joy over all blessings, many of which you don't really deserve. (Psalm 124:1-2).

  • Resolve to always appreciate God for every new day and accompanied blessings. (Psalm 68:19).

  • Rejuvenate the lives of those around and in the beauty of all creatures around; all things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small. (Leviticus 19:18)

Do you dare to dream when others say it’s impossible? When others live in doubt and despair? Jesus Christ, the author, and finisher of our faith said ALL things are possible to them who believe. Believe that God will do what He said He will do.

God has a way of reaching each of us with the right message at the right time. He knows how to get our attention, and He knows what we need to hear. Open your heart and lean into Him because He will direct your path! Good day. Have a blessed day. Enjoy your day.

The Jewish nation, over the years, having suffered persecution and near extermination from different places in the world prefer to function more with portable wealth forms like education, knowledge and things that can move. In fact, some of them make very dangerous and bad decisions about acquisition of property because they know that their property can be destroyed if there is a violent crisis. They call buying of landed property outside of Israel bad business. In other societies, such problems do not exist and it becomes good business to acquire an immovable property there. You may need to consider certain factors to know whether to concentrate on portable or immovable wealth at any point in time.

Wisdom is not natural; it is from God. The Bible says in Proverbs chapter 14 verse 24, “the crown of the wise is their riches…” Wisdom automatically will translate to wealth. There is no record in the Bible of a wise man that was poor except in the book of Ecclesiastes chapter 9 verses 15-16 where it spoke of a wise man that was referred to as a poor wise man, that gave counsel to destroy an invading army and nobody respected his wisdom. His wisdom was despised because he did not take the crown of wisdom which is wealth.

The highest form of wealth on earth today is the Holy Spirit. With this knowledge you can immediately begin to see and understand the advantage the believer in Christ has, and the severity of the devil’s deception in making the children of God go after cash which is only an errand boy to other forms of wealth. The other forms of wealth don’t come in any particular order and you may construct your own order of importance but one thing is incontrovertible: the lowest form of wealth is cash and the highest form is the Holy Spirit.

There are three avenues through which the Holy Spirit can become wealth to you, namely: The Anointing, Divine revelation and The Calling of God upon your life (or your destiny). Divine placement and divine selection will result in wealth but you need to understand that all the other forms of wealth will answer to the Holy Ghost.

As a believer, if you do not understand the Holy Spirit as the advantage of the believer you will despise the Holy Spirit and resort to pursuing cash. Most human beings have the idea that wealth is only about cash but it is not so. Cash is the lowest and weakest form of wealth. In the hierarchy of power, money power is also on the lowest rung on the ladder of power. Anointing power is the highest.

The Holy Spirit was given us as our advantage as believers, yet you may say, “I know the Holy Spirit but why am I not wealthy?” It is because you have not honoured Him more than you honour cash. As Christians, you must respect the spiritual forms of wealth more than the physical forms because the spiritual forms create the physical forms.

The Holy Ghost is the greatest form of wealth on the earth; plug in to Him and find out how. The devil has deceived people for too long that cash is the highest form of wealth. People with plenty of cash without the Holy Ghost can lose all they have in a moment. If there is going to be an economic crash, they cannot have the advantage of divine pre-information to prepare for the crash but you can have a divine pre-information in the Holy Ghost and not be part of any economic crash.

The Shunamite woman had proper relationship with the things of the Holy Spirit and when a 7-year famine was imminent, Elisha the Prophet told her to move to another land. Once you understand that you have the Holy Ghost, the highest wealth form in you, you will begin to explore different wealth forms through the Holy Ghost. Do not neglect your advantage and think you are going to have an advantage in the world.

Joseph, a man with the Spirit of God, advised Pharaoh on how to prepare for the upcoming famine. Discretion and wisdom are two forces that the Holy Ghost gives a man and you should fellowship with Him enough to receive these forces into your life. Will you qualify whenever your world needs a man or a woman in whom the Spirit of God is in? It is time for you to enter into a covenant relationship with the Holy Spirit.

When we try to correct undesirable manifestations, many times we do not succeed because we try to correct manifestations without dealing with their root causes. When you are dealing with financial issues, it is important to know that there are things that cause the financial problems and struggles in the lives of people and part of it is the attitude that people sustain.

For example, attitude affects behaviour in marriage, at work places, in life and in your health; attitude also affects behaviours that create health conditions. People do things without even knowing why they do them, because they do not understand that attitudes are slippery.  Someone can find out some very powerful information that can turn his life around for good but because his attitude is wrong, he despises it. You may have read things or heard fantastic statements about attitude, but how have you applied them to yourself?

Your attitude will govern your responses, your behaviour and your manifestations. Your attitude towards wealth will determine whether you can attract it or not, even though you are working for it. What you attract to yourself is not necessarily what you work for, but what you respect. What you attack, you cannot attract.

Here are some of the attitudes that set Christians back financially: The drive to succeed is evil; All I need to succeed in life is a divine encounter; Once I’m satisfied, I don’t bother about the rest; I don’t need financial knowledge; Executive mindset; If you are rich you cannot be like Jesus and so many others. Run away from these attitudes and soar into financial excellence.

There are positive and negative forces that determine generational flows in life. Some people labour through life without results because they are under negative forces; these forces keep militating against them in all areas where their progenitors were defeated in life.

The generational forces are usually more powerful in the succeeding generations. The Bible says they have seven-fold strength (Genesis 4:24).

However, the positive generational flow is much stronger than seven-fold in Christ Jesus (Isaiah 30:26). You need to study how to connect to kingdom flows that bring generational wealth and extend them to those who come after you. The relationships that you keep determine the kind of flows that come into your life. As you journey through life, there are four critical personalities you must take heed to. They are: your boss, your teachers, your father(s) and your mentors. These relationships supply different things into your life and you owe them different things.

Often, people neglect important relationships in their lives and it affects their experiences in life. God plants people on your road to make your journey easier and to facilitate your passage from phase to phase. Your boss/employer is somebody who puts salary in your purse, you owe him/her excellent service. Your teacher puts something in your head, you owe him school fees. Your father puts something in your heart, you owe him honour.  Don’t mismanage true friendships and powerful relationships because there are some things in life that you can neither accomplish with your efforts nor buy with money.

Your boss requires qualitative service from you to give you a salary. You pay school fees and pay attention in class to get education from your teacher. You give honor to your father and you get a moulding for life. Your relationship with a teacher and a boss may be temporary when compared with that of a father and you must know how to receive what they bring into your life’s journey.

The prodigal son mismanaged the critical relationship with his father and ended in poverty. Some people mismanaged their marriages and ended up in divorce, while some mismanaged the love and trust of their spouses only to find themselves emotionally empty after they lost it. Some mismanaged relationship with their children or with their parents. There are things money cannot buy in life; if these critical men withhold those things from you, the shortage in your life will be too evident in your destiny journey.

The prodigal son gives a picture of generational wealth and generational poverty.  Luke 15: 11-12, shows that God gave every man an asset in the journey of life in form of a father and a house. A father should be your first asset in life, knowing that generational wealth or poverty doesn’t begin in adulthood but in childhood. That is why God gives us kingdom fathers to rewrite any wrong that biological fathers have written in the past.

Lord, help me to recognize and honour critical personalities You have placed on the road of my life and destiny in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Lord, I reject every negative flow in my life today! I pray for wisdom to manage God-ordained relationships in my life in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Lord, detach me from every wrong and strange attitude that can pull me down financially in Jesus’ name.

Lord, I reject every negative flow in my life today! I pray for wisdom to manage God-ordained relationships in my life in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Even though every believer is a spirit, that has a soul and lives in a body, God has put us on a material earth. The following are mistakes believers make that promote poverty in their lives:

MISTAKE 1: Increase your lifestyle and become flashy when God increases you. Beware of the plague of the South-western Nigerian that wants people to know he has arrived, when he is literally still in the elementary stages of financial breakthroughs.

MISTAKE 2: Ignoring attacks on your increase. Watch against this attack; Ecclesiastes 5:11 says “When goods increase, they are increased that eat them: and what good is there to the owners thereof, saving the beholding of them with their eyes?” This attack includes satanic increase of needs and personal habits that make you spend your increase.

MISTAKE 3: Ignorance of the purpose of increase. When God brings increase into your life after you work the kingdom financial system, you must be able to answer, “What is God’s purpose for increase?” God brings increase into your life for four reasons:
(1) To wipe out your debt
(2) To start your own saving scheme
(3) To get you into business
(4) To advance the kingdom of God.

MISTAKE 4: The ‘Lagos money’ syndrome. This also applies to every big city in the world e.g. London, Las Vegas or New York syndrome. If you must make your money in Lagos, take it out of Lagos to make more money elsewhere. Any town where you earn a high salary will usually come with a high cost of living. If they pay you a high salary anywhere in the world, there will be many things in your life that are depleting that money. Reverse the trend.

MISTAKE 5: The type of business that you are doing is not as important as the heart, the mind and the practices of the business owner. Many people think it’s the type of business that determines the flow of blessing and the flow of wealth. No, it is the heart, the mind and the practices of the owner. You can become a millionaire selling water.

MISTAKE 6: Start small, think big. Your goal should be to help and not to fleece people in business. Luke 6:38 says “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” It is a reflexive law that necessitates you operating with the mindset of a giver. When you operate your business with the mindset of always having something valuable to give, your clients won’t abandon you.

You need to know where you are financially
God said to Abraham “…look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward.” Answering the question of where you are financially results in financial progress. There are different states people can be financially, and we will look at them now:

1. Are you in Debt? If you are in debt, it could be one of two kinds of indebtedness: First; “In debt but I’m coming out because of the truth and revelations that I am learning.” Second; “In debt but I’m going deeper because of foolishness and Satan’s operation.” You cannot look from where another person is financially. Vision becomes confusing when you are not approaching it from where you are financially. If you are in debt, ensure you don’t go deeper; instead, start coming out.

2. Are you Buoyant? If you are financially buoyant today, are you becoming poor because of foolishness or you are becoming stronger because of truths you are imbibing? If you don’t have a budget, you don’t know what you spent last week and cannot estimate what you will spend next week, you may be buoyant but eventually become poor. Therefore, you must have a budget and know exactly what you are doing. God is more concerned with what you are becoming than what you presently are. Focus more on what you are becoming by what you are doing or not doing, than what you are.
3. I’m at average level. It can go either way, not blessed not cursed. Don’t remain here.

4. Insufficiency.  Here, you are not yet in debt, but you hardly have your needs met. You need to work more with your spare time to increase your streams of income.

An important principle of kingdom wealth states that, “What is not in your heart can never enter your life.” This principle addresses what Christians need to do in order to activate kingdom wealth. Kingdom prosperity turns on the fulcrum of this principle and you shouldn’t despise it as a believer.

Don’t try to work kingdom prosperity while you ignore the principles that fuel it. Ignoring this principle in your pursuit of kingdom wealth is like attempting to drive a car on an empty fuel tank. To store wealth in your heart before it enters your life requires you to get the word of God on prosperity, increase and wealth rooted into your heart. The seed of the kingdom upon which the kingdom of God operates is the word of God.

The Bible says,“The sower went to sow” and the seed he sowed was the word of God. When Jesus came, He was the Word of God that God sowed. God sent Jesus as the word and He came as the Word. If you want to work God’s system on any subject in life—including finances, get the word of God on that subject and listen to it over and over again until it is rooted in your heart.

Many people want to be prosperous, but they don’t study what the Bible says about wealth and God’s provision for your prosperity. Don’t leave your finances in a muddled-up state or subject your prosperity to guess work. Soak God’s word on wealth into your heart and it will eventually enter your life.

There are some things that come as a natural addition to what God wants to do for you in the light of kingdom wealth. As a quick glance at these natural sources of wealth, we have the following:

1. Your talents: These are things that you can do effortlessly and more often than not, you can earn money from your talents, when you identify them.

2. Your gifts:Your gifts are endowments that God added to you when He was creating you. An engineer could be a gifted orator, earning money delivering speeches.

3. Your skill: Your skill applied at work brings a salary. Don’t neglect your salary and don’t despise what God has anointed you to do because of a comfortable salary.

4. Your rights in life:You have some rights that come with who you are in the physical side of your life. If you have a right to an official car at work, don’t reject it.

5. Marriage: Marriage confers some privileges and income and you should maximize the wealth that God gives you through marriage.

6. Inheritance: We all have different assets and liabilities in our lives as a result of our background. Don’t reject an inheritance from a natural father or parent, unless it has any form of diabolism.

7. Favour: God brings wealth to you through the favour you have with people. Ruth enjoyed the favour of God on the field of Boaz. You only need to make sure that you know how to maintain your favour.

8. Your connections and relationships: People are becoming something for your sake. Don’t look down on anybody now and treat all men with respect; and when they become people of influence, you have them as part of your connections.

9. Your wisdom: Your wisdom cannot be denied. You have been through some experiences that are peculiar to you alone and when you package some of this wisdom, it can fetch you wealth. Areas where you apply wisdom include the realm of creativity and investment.

To apprehend the wealth that God has prepared for you, you need to pay attention to the kind of attitude you sustain. Your attitude is more important than a number of things:

1. Attitude is more important than Ability.
Most people planning to succeed in life make a critical mistake on the subject of attitude. They work more on their ability and neglect their attitude. It is your attitude that enhances your ability.

2. Attitude is more important than talent.
Without the right attitude, your talent will not result in wealth. Here are three attitudes that you must develop towards life:
i. The attitude of a supreme athlete (2 Timothy 2:3-6): “…if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.” Lawful striving is a command to the athlete. Righteous winning is what you should strive for in any business you are involved in, don’t be content with participating.

ii. The attitude of an accomplished first-class soldier.
This means you should develop a victory mentality. No accord or deals with the enemy. Focus and single mindedness should define your activities in any enterprise that you are a part of. Don’t fight as one beating the air. When your eyes are single, your whole body will be full of light.

iii. The attitude of a successful farmer. Embrace the harvest mentality and work hard so that you can reap a bumper harvest in all your endeavours. The farmer knows how to delay gratification because he plants his best seed in order to have a better harvest in the coming year. Embrace this attitude in your business and vocation and God will visit you.

1.Lord, I refuse self-deception in my life and finances. Help me to see practices that deplete my finances in Jesus’ name, Amen!
2.Lord, deliver me from folly that hinders me from wealth and increase in Jesus’ name, Amen!

3.Lord, I receive the miracle of divine reduction of expenses. I receive the heart and mind that grows business profitably in Jesus’ name, Amen!

4.Lord, I dedicate myself to daily meditation on what You have promised me in Your word until it manifests in my life in Jesus’ name, Amen!
5.Lord, I receive grace to exercise these practical aspects to the wealth You have provided for me in Jesus’ name, Amen!

6.Lord, I embrace these attitudes into the fabric of my life and calling. I refuse to be complacent in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Rick Warren says and I quote, “Life is too short to learn everything by personal experience.” Life skills are the abilities that help to promote mental wekl being and competence in people as they face the realities of life.

Life skills are also defined as psychological abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individual to deal with the demands and challenges of everyday life. Life skills are applied in various aspects of life in human relationships, learning about rights and responsibilities

Life skills are loosely grouped into three broad categories of skills;
  • Cognitive Skills
  • Personal Skills
  • Inter-personal skills

Cognitive Skills: Cognitive skills are used for analyzing and using information

Personal Skills:  Personal skills are used for developing personal agency and managing oneself

Inter-personal Skills: Inter-personal Skills are used for communicating and interacting effectively with others.

Importance Of Inter-personal Skills
  1. It helps individual to develop and nurture supportive networks
  2. It enables one to end relationship constructively
  3. It helps adobehavior
  4. to recognize and to assess the factors influencing attitude and behaviour -values, pressure [ peer, family ]
  5. It is a key to form right attitudes towards life
  6. It assists in developing responsible behaviour
  7. It allows to solve an issue, problem or conflict
  8. It helps to eliminate anger, intimadatio, insubordination, aggressive force or behavior.
  9. It negotiates as soon as possible for communications
  10. It deals constructively with problems

Reponsible Decision Making
What is decision? Decision making is the ability to assess available options. It is also to for see the the consequences of different decisions [ actions/non-action ]. No decision is also a decision. Making decision after examining the choices and consequences in view of one’s  values and goals is responsible decision making.

How To Make A Responsible Decision
  1. Identify/define the problem
  2. Consider the consequences or outcomes
  3. Consider family and personal values
  4. Choose one alternative
